Shipping Policy

  • We offer free shipping for orders above INR 699.
  • COD available on orders between INR 699 and INR 1,499. The COD service will incur a charge of INR 90 payable at checkout.
  • Products supplied by us are available for shipping across India. We use a third-party logistics provider for deliveries.
  • The delivery time is 3 to 8 business days from the date of order.
  • We shall do our best to ensure we meet the delivery date as stated in your shipping confirmation mail in conjunction with our logistics partner.
  • Our logistics partner will make all reasonable efforts to deliver the products to you. However, if the delivery fails across multiple efforts, your purchase will be deemed as ‘cancelled’ and a fresh order will be issued pending confirmation with you.

Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We don’t accept any returns once the order is delivered. 

– Refunds at our store, are subject to the following conditions – 

  • If the product is unavailable and the payment was already made. 
  • If the product was damaged on delivery. Customers may be asked to share a picture of the damaged product. In such case also we will strictly need a complete video from beginning of opening the box otherwise we would not entertain for refund. 
  • If the product was lost in transit, and the delivery remained incomplete. 
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order, for any reason. 
  • We may also require additional information to process your order.

You will be notified in case your order, or a portion of your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled, after your payment has been done, you will receive the refund in 5-7 working days.
